Return Policy   
 

To qualify for a return, items must be in a sellable condition, complete with intact labels and original packaging. Products should be unused, unwashed, and returned in their entirety. You must request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order.   
 

Non-returnable items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on certain products, including but not limited to, opened appliances and accessories.   
 

Return Window: You have 2 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. Items must be in their original, unused condition and must be packaged as they were received.   
 

Tampering: Returns will not be accepted if the packaging or product has been altered while in your possession.   
 

Damaged or Defective Products: Items that are damaged or defective must be reported and returned within 2 days of receipt.   
 

Original Packaging: For a return request to be accepted, all original barcodes, IDs, labels, and packaging must be included and unaltered.  

Refund Process   
 

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and send you an email confirming its arrival. We will then inform you of the status of your refund request, whether it has been approved or denied.  

Processing Time: Please allow approximately 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
